O yeah, it's the OZL
OZL group was founded in 2003 and from it’s birth it starts to experiment with different musical styles, mixing hip-hop and reggae, rap and alternative. OZL year 2010 version is the seething mix of drum’n’bass, rave, IDM, dubstep with thorough and hard rapping and with psychedelic sounds of saxophone.
Nowtime OZL is the vocalist Boroda MCMXXCII, beatmaker and keyboard player Tony F and saxophonist Max V. OZL music is created and recorded in the capital of Volga region (Russia) – Nizhny Novgorod city.
In the meantime OZL group has released two full albums — “20 gramms of positive” (2006) and “Fairy Tails” (2009). Also it has become an awardee of the “Di-Breakthrough” contest, organized by DFm radiostation, and has taken part at “Urban Sound” scene at Urbania 2007 festival with Bomfunk MCs as a headliner.
